How to Extend the Service Life of Wooden Doors?
.Keep indoor humidity at 40%–60% to prevent the door from cracking due to dryness or swelling from moisture.
.Avoid long-term direct sunlight to stop paint aging, fading and cracking.
.Use only wrung-out soft cloths for cleaning; do not use strong acids, alkalis, alcohol, steel wool or other corrosive items.
.Open and close gently, avoid slamming and hanging heavy objects to prevent loose hinges and door deformation.
.Regularly check hinges, locks and other hardware, tighten and lubricate them in time.
.Keep away from damp areas; ensure ventilation for doors in bathrooms and kitchens to prevent frame rot.
.Avoid scratches from sharp objects to protect the paint finish.
.For solid wood doors, use special wood wax or care oil regularly for maintenance.
